A Message From the Founder
Thank you for being here; your interest means more than words can fully express.
Not long ago, my hands were busy in a soup kitchen, offering help where I could, with no culinary background and no formal pastry training.
There was no roadmap, only a desire to serve, to create beauty, and to bring joy in tangible ways. That experience became the quiet catalyst for what would evolve into SweetSway.
Over seven transformative months, I immersed myself in pastry by studying late into the night, absorbing knowledge from seasoned chefs, and gradually earning a place inside a Michelin-starred kitchen.
It was there that I encountered the world of high pastry: sculptural garnishes, delicate mousses, mirror glazes, and desserts as intricate in flavor as they were in form.
SweetSway was born out of a desire to design pastries that convey thoughtfulness and genuine appreciation. These desserts are designed to say, thank you, you matter, and I see you.
SweetSway is for leaders, teams, and visionaries who believe that thoughtfulness is not a luxury; it’s a business value.

Rooted in classic French techniques, petits gâteaux (pronounced puh-tee gah-toh) are luxury individual desserts that combine dynamic textures, fillings, and flavors.
Each gâteau is composed of balanced profiles, and refined finishes that showcase both flavor and form.
With SweetSway’s pastries, you can anticipate seasonal ingredients, thoughtful pairings, and a restrained sweetness designed to linger on the palate, not overpower it.
Each week, just 30 petits gâteaux are made available; an intentional limitation that safeguards the artistry, freshness, and exclusivity behind every creation.

Gilded Delights are SweetSway’s signature 9-piece chocolate boxes, featuring a trio of handcrafted flavors.
