Can I place an order without a work email?

SweetSway specializes in workplace, team, and corporate gifting experiences. A valid work email is required for all SweetSway Mini and Subscription orders.

What is a petit gâteau, and why does SweetSway offer them?

A "petit gâteau" is a French term, meaning "little cake". It's a small, individual-sized pastry or cake, often with multiple layers, textures, and flavors. They are essentially mini versions of more elaborate entremets or mousse cakes.

Do you offer customizations or branded packaging?

Not at this time. The SweetSway corporate gifting program offers a curated 2-piece gift set with signature SweetSway packaging. This ensures quality, consistency, and a seamless ordering process.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes! Complimentary white glove delivery is provided within Metro Atlanta on Mondays and Tuesdays between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

You can expect to receive a text and/or email notifcation when your SweetSway order is on its way -- typically about an hour before arrival -- so you can anticipate your delivery with ease.

How far in advance should I place my order?

It's recommended you submit your order 7-10 business days in advance to ensure it's included in the upcoming Monday or Tuesday delivery window.

Can I schedule my delivery to a residential address?

At this time, delivery is available to single or multiple office locations, but SweetSway does not offer courier services to individual residential addresses.

Are there minimum and maximum order quantities?

Yes — SweetSway minimum orders begin at 2 petits gâteaux and are capped at 30 orders per business per week.

Gilded Delights begin at a minimum order of 4 boxes.

Having minimum and maximum quantities allows each order to receive the handcrafted attention and freshness it deserves.

Are the pastries allergen-friendly?

SweetSway pastries may contain common allergens like dairy, gluten, nuts, and eggs.

Customizable pastries for specific dietary restrictions may be available in the future. Subscribe here to stay updated.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my order?

Because each SweetSway order is handcrafted and made to order, cancellations or changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of placing your order may be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations after 24 hours are non-refundable
  • Rescheduling is not guaranteed but may be accommodated if requested early. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact SweetSway as soon as possible.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the perishable and hand crafted nature of each dessert, SweetSway does not offer full refunds unless there is an issue caused on our end.

If something isn't right with your order, please contact SweetSway within 24 hours of delivery to receive a store credit or replacement, depending on the situation.

What is the SweetSway Mini?

The SweetSway Mini is a 2-piece curated box featuring a sampling of handcrafted petits gâteaux, perfect for thoughtful gestures for employee birthdays, promotions, milestones, etc.

Can I subscribe to the SweetSway Mini?

Yes! You can choose the Mini box for a one-time order or set up a recurring subscription via the Gourmet Desserts page.

Can I pause or cancel a subscription?

Yes! Subscriptions can be easily altered by emailing hello@sweetswaypastries.com with your request.

When will billing occur?

Billing happens automatically based on your subscription type — bi-weekly or monthly — on the same day each cycle. Reminder emails are sent before each renewal.

Can I switch from bi-weekly to monthly (or vice versa)?

Absolutely! Subscription frequencies can be updated anytime through the customer portal by clicking Update Subscription, or by contacting SweetSway directly.
