Refunds

Due to the perishable and handcrafted nature of each dessert, SweetSway does not offer full refunds unless there is an issue caused on our end. 

If something isn't right with your order, please email hello@sweetswaypastries within 24 hours of delivery to receive a store credit or replacement, depending on the situation.

Changes and Cancellations 

Because each SweetSway order is handcrafted and made to order, cancellations or changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of placing your order may be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations after 24 hours are non-refundable
  • Email hello@sweetswaypastries.com directly to request a change or a cancellation.

Reschedueling

  • Rescheduling is not guaranteed but may be accommodated if requested early.
  • If you experience an issue with your order, please contact SweetSway as soon as possible.
