SweetSway delivers exclusively to businesses throughout Metro Atlanta.

7:00–8:00 AM

Monday–Friday
6:00–8:00 PM

Weekend Delivery

1:00–5:00 PM

Corporate & Event Orders
Delivery times can be coordinated around your event or gifting needs.

Processing Time: From the time an order is placed, customers can expect their package to be delivered within approximately 5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 

Tracking: A confirmation email with tracking details will arrive as soon as the package departs.

Damaged or Lost Orders: If something arrives less than perfectly, SweetSway wants to know. Please photograph the packaging and product within 24 hours of delivery and email hello@sweetswaypastries.com

Missed Deliveries: If no one is available to receive the delivery, a SweetSway representative will attempt one follow-up call or email. If there is no response within 10 minutes, the delivery will be marked incomplete, and a re-delivery fee may apply.
