Shipping Policy

ADAC Delivery & Pickup

SweetSway offers weekday pickup and delivery at the Atlanta Decorative Arts Center (ADAC), with delivery available throughout Metro Atlanta for corporate and event orders.

Monday–Friday
12:30–1:00 PM

Delivery: Available to ADAC showrooms, designers, and other professionals at their business location within ADAC.

Pickup: Available at the ADAC entrance or Designer’s Lounge, with your preferred location coordinated after your order is placed.

Corporate & Event Orders
Delivery times can be coordinated around your event or gifting needs.

Processing Time: From the time an order is placed, customers can expect their package to be delivered within approximately 5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. ADAC delivery and pickup orders require a minimum of 3 business days for preparation.

Damaged or Lost Orders: If something arrives less than perfectly, SweetSway wants to know. Please photograph the packaging and product within 24 hours of delivery and email hello@sweetswaypastries.com.

Missed Deliveries: If no one is available to receive the delivery, a SweetSway representative will attempt one follow-up call or email. If there is no response within 10 minutes, the delivery will be marked incomplete, and a re-delivery fee may apply.
