Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Each order is carefully prepared over 3 business days before it ships, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent as soon as the order is on its way.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days after fulfillment) — $12.00
  • Priority Shipping (1–2 business days after fulfillment) — $20.00
  • Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders $75 and over, because generosity should travel free.

Estimated Delivery: From the time an order is placed, customers can expect their package to arrive within 6–8 business days. That window includes 3 days of careful preparation followed by 3–5 days in transit. Priority Shipping reduces the transit portion to 1–2 business days for time-sensitive occasions.

A Note on Warm Weather: During the warmer months of May through September, Priority Shipping is strongly recommended to preserve the quality and finish of every truffle in transit. Summer orders are also prepared and shipped Monday through Wednesday to ensure nothing sits in a warm carrier facility over a weekend.

Tracking: Every order ships with full tracking. A confirmation email with tracking details will arrive as soon as the package departs, so the recipient can look forward to what is coming with the same care the sender put into choosing it.

Damaged or Lost Orders: If something arrives less than perfectly, SweetSway wants to know. Please photograph the packaging and product within 24 hours of delivery and email hello@sweetswaypastries.com

Missed Deliveries: If no one is available to receive the delivery, a SweetSway representative will attempt one follow-up call or email. If there is no response within 10 minutes, the delivery will be marked incomplete, and a re-delivery fee may apply.
